    Qorvo's TGA2574 is a wideband distributed cascode power amplifier fabricated on Qorvo's 0.15um GaN on SiC process (TQGaN15). The TGA2574 operates from 6 – 18 GHz and provides > 10 W of output power and 18 dB of large signal gain.

    To simplify system integration, the TGA2574 is fully matched to 50 ohms with integrated DC blocking caps on both I/O ports. The broadband performance is ideal for supporting instrumentation, electronic warfare, and various radar bands for military & commercial use.

    The TGA2574 is 100% DC and RF tested on-wafer to ensure compliance to electrical specifications.

    Lead-free and RoHS compliant.
