Qorvo's TAT9988 is an ultra-linear, packaged GaN HEMT MMIC amplifier, intended for output stage amplification in CATV infrastructure applications. The TAT9988 utilizes the high output low power consumption capability of GaN to provide flat gain along with low distortion, making it ideal for use in CATV distribution systems. The TAT9988 draws 440 mA from a 24 V supply, while allowing users to adjust the bias current and the bias voltage externally in order to optimize output performance. The TAT9988 is offered in an industry standard 40 pin QFN package.
