TriQuint's power amplifier duplexer (PAD) portfolio, including the TRITIUM™ family of highly integrated modules, is designed for use in 3G CDMA / WCDMA / HSUPA mobile networks. Our PADs integrate a power amplifier and duplexer into a single, small component that increases ease of use and enables longer battery life. Each PAD contains a linear power amplifier, duplexer and coupler; specific models contain a power detector.
