Standard 140 MHz Filter Family

TriQuint's portfolio of standard 140 MHz SAW filters have a wide variety of bandwidths for varying applications. Bandwidths range from 0.8 MHz to 72 MHz with filters that target low loss and high selectivity. We have filters with both single ended and balanced input and output configurations, and our 140 MHz filters provide system designers with significant performance advantages, including savings in power, size and weight. TriQuint also designs and develops custom IF SAW filters for our customers' unique requirements.
