TriQuint designs and manufactures a wide selection of general-purpose, internally matched MMIC amplifiers that are targeted for many applications in network infrastructure, defense and aerospace. These components showcase the wide range of performance capabilities using TriQuint's processes.

Our general-purpose gain blocks are internally matched and offer various gain and linearity levels in a variety of package types, giving customers many options for system design. The TQP3M90xx gain blocks are usable up to 4 GHz and offer high levels of OIP3 performance with low noise-figure performance, allowing for reuse in both receiver and transmitter chains.
