We Invest in YouAt TriQuint, we recognize and support employees with programs such as a technical ladder, author recognition and patent incentives. We encourage our employees' ongoing quest for knowledge and participation in industry standards bodies, conferences and technical societies.


Employees are encouraged to pursue additional formal education to help them stay at the top of their field. Tuition fee reimbursement is available for undergraduate through post graduate degrees.

We also invest in our employees by offering numerous internal training courses every month through our TriQuint Education Center. The topics range from technical developments to career management.

Awards & Recognition Program

TriQuint celebrates outstanding employee performance throughout the year with several award programs. We give our Extra Mile award quarterly to employees who go above and beyond their typical job to benefit their team, project or the company overall. Our yearly President's award and global sales award program recognize employees whose efforts have made a significant contribution to the financial success of the company. Our Patent award acknowledges and rewards employees who have received approved Invention Disclosure Forms and/or an issued patent.

Authors Program

We are pleased to support the work employees do to publish and present their ideas, research and discoveries. We are proud of our employees who are regularly published in industry journals and magazines, as well as asked to share their expertise at industry conferences.
