Health Care

TriQuint's goal is to give employees the choices and knowledge to become excellent managers of their own health. We provide comprehensive medical, dental and vision plans for employees and their families. In addition, we also offer a variety of wellness programs — from biometrics screening and smoking cessation to fitness challenges — all designed to encourage and support employees in their own health journeys.

TriQuint covers a majority of the cost of health care plans for employees and their families. U.S. employees receive a generous discount on their medical premiums if they participate in the wellness programs offered by TriQuint. Health care plan availability and specific costs vary by country.

Life and Disability Insurance

TriQuint provides automatic coverage for Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) insurance for employees. Short-term and long-term disability benefits are also available.



TriQuint wants to help employees plan for their future. We offer a 401(k) savings plan with a Roth 401(k) feature and provide employer matching funds to the 401(k) to help employees build wealth for retirement. All 401(k) contributions vest immediately.

Employee Stock Purchase Plan

Through the Stock Purchase Plan, employees can elect a payroll deduction and purchase TriQuint stock at a discounted price.

Work / Life

Paid Time Off

TriQuint believes time away from the office can help employees keep a healthy balance and perspective. Full-time employees enjoy four weeks of Paid Time Off (PTO) per year.


In addition to paid time off, U.S. TriQuint employees have approximately 10 days per year. Other countries vary based on local practices.


Tuition Reimbursement Program

TriQuint values lifelong learning. Employees are encouraged to pursue additional formal education to help them stay at the top of their field. Tuition fee reimbursement is available for undergraduate through post graduate degrees.

TriQuint believes in continually developing employees, so we offer numerous training courses every month, on topics ranging from technical developments to career management.
